Policies and Procedures

Bookings
All sessions must be booked through the official booking link provided in your Welcome Pack. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your session is secured. It is advised to book in advance to secure your preferred time slots, as availability may be limited.

Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled through the booking link found in your confirmation email or via your integrated calendar (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.). Before rescheduling, confirmation must be sent to [email protected].


Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session count as a used session unless due to an emergency or at the coach’s discretion. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance do not incur a charge. Notification must be sent to [email protected].


Freezing Your Plan
If you need to pause your Hybrid Coaching or Online Coaching plan due to holidays, travel, or mental health reasons, you can request a freeze. Notice must be given before the freeze begins, which will take effect from the date of confirmation. While frozen, payments will be paused, but access to the coaching app and all features, including training programs, check-ins, messaging, and other coaching tools, will be suspended. Plans can be frozen once.


Late Arrivals
Sessions end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, extra time cannot be added.


No-Shows
Missed sessions without notice count as used sessions. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.


Coach Absences
If the coach is unavailable, in-person sessions will be rescheduled. If a session is missed or the coach is late, a make-up session will be offered, or the session time will be extended to cover the missed portion.
