Join Jerome and LJ for a 2.5-hour workshop in strength and flow, designed for beginners. You will learn kettlebell fundamentals including the swing, coil, windmill and more, building core stability and full-body strength. You will also explore rope flow with a focus on moving the spine in every direction, improving mobility, coordination and helping to ease back pain.
