In this workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training—including the swing, windmill, clean, and how to coil and change direction—alongside rope flow, where we’ll guide you through 6 essential patterns to build rhythm, coordination, and mobility. A perfect blend of power and flow for both beginners and seasoned movers.
